If you’ve ever thought, “I wonder how my space would look if we take down those walls,” or “I wish I could see this space before we start construction,” then this package is for you.
With our expertise in design visualization, we provide two options for layout with one revision and renderings and an engaging video walk-through to bring your space to life.
A printed copy of the renderings is also provided, ensuring you feel confident BEFORE any construction begins.



We will schedule TWO meetings to guide the design process for your 3D Renderings + Fly-Through Visual, for ONE space;
1. 60 Minute Kick-Off Meeting: In this initial meeting we will meet online and conduct an in-depth analysis to fully understand your lifestyle and aspirations, afterwhich we will tailor your Vision exclusively for you, focusing on ONE space.
2. 30-Minute Design Presentation: A concluding meeting where we will:

  • Provide a comprehensive review of your Vision
  • Present a custom Visual for your space
  • Discuss the next steps for your project

Exclusions:
Our 3D Renderings + Fly-Through service offers concept-only visuals for the preliminary design stage, and does not include specifying finishes or furnishings.
If you want to see/ explore/ review various material/ furnishing/ fixture options, and collaborate in the design process, please check out our Conceptual Design Direction Package, or our Full Serivce Design options.
One revision means we only go back to the ‘drawing board’ once for a maximum of up to three (3) changes. Any additional revision requests are extra and billed by the hour.
