We will schedule THREE meetings to guide the design process for your Photorealsitic Design Development Vision for ONE space:
1. 90-Minute Kick-Off Meeting: On-site at your project or virtually, to include;

  • Idea Session
  • Floor Plan Redlines (if necessary)
  • Vision Board(s)
  • Sample Materials and Finishes
  • Preliminary Design Direction Visuals

In this initial meeting, we will conduct an in-depth exploration to fully understand your lifestyle and aspirations, afterwhich we will develop a tailored Design Concept exclusively for you, focusing on ONE space.
2. 60-Minute Collaboration Session: After this meeting we will source products and curate your customized design package.

  • Provide a comprehensive review of your personalized Design Direction
  • Present a custom Conceptual Design Direction Visual for your space

3. 30-Minute Design Presentation: A concluding meeting where we will:

  • Provide a comprehensive review of your fully developed Design Direction Vision
  • Present your finalized Photorealistic Design Development rendering for your space
  • Discuss the next steps for your project
